What to Expect

At Burad, we embrace simplicity. This beach house is built for comfort without the fluff. Here’s what you’ll find:

• Two queen-sized bedrooms with spectacular ocean views (sleeps 5 max, with a sofa bed for extra guests).
  
• BBQ and basic kitchen with a gas stovetop and oven for simple meal prep.
  
• A cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
  
• Indoor and outdoor shower to rinse off the salt after a day at the beach (outdoor shower for that true island feel).
  
• Eco-friendly toiletries to help you stay connected to nature.
  
• Indoor and outdoor dining areas for meals with a view, plus a BBQ for the days you want to cook under the stars.
  
• Screened patio to keep the bugs out, but still let in the breeze.
  
• Linens included, so you can just arrive and unwind.

"Anyone wanting to switch off from their busy lives should visit here. Put your devices away and chill. You can sit and stare at the ocean all day long and if your a star gazer.....holy crap its amazing. Comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, solitude are just a few words that come to mind. Take me back!"

"A wonderful place to stay so close to the beach and close to nature.
This beachside cottage was a perfect in a central location to explore the sights of K’Gari. Plenty of space with full sized fridge and freezer supported with gas stove and oven and pots and pans to create amazing breakfast and dinners. Fantastic bathroom facilities to clean up in after day trips. The undercover outdoor setting was the perfect way to see the sunrise and watch the waves roll in. White bellied sea eagles sitting in the tree nearby and nesting swallows rounded off our perfect stay. Would highly recommend as a quiet and relaxing place to stay."

"Absolute paradise. Nestled off the beach close enough to towns but feels like the middle of nowhere. Very private and on a non busy section of the beach. Also surprisingly easy to find, it is the only palm tree on the beach! I will absolutely be returning again. An excellent alternative to camping!."
